R300 Series Racks – Threaded

To determine your part number.  See the example in the graphic.  Start by selecting desired diameter for your rack, example R301 series represents 1.000 diameter rack.  Next is the uncut length “C”, in this example it is 2.50, then the overall length “L” of 12.50.  Next is your desired pressure angle, select 14 1/2 or 20,  in this example 20 pressure angle was chosen.

Next select your pitch, which in this example is “8” pitch.  Thread “B” is 3/4 -16, with “D” dimension of .500.
