On-Site Support That Drives Real Results

Recently, our team traveled to Mexico to work on-site with one of our customers, Veritas SLP, supporting their braze operations and helping address challenges impacting quality, consistency, and cycle time.

Over the course of several days, we reviewed eight braze tables, focusing on key factors that influence performance—fixture condition, torch configuration, cooling interaction, part cleanliness, and overall process consistency. Working side by side with the customer’s team, we made hands-on adjustments, reviewed best practices, and implemented real-time improvements.

Immediate Improvements, Long-Term Impact

Through collaborative problem-solving and on-site optimization, we achieved measurable cycle-time reductions across multiple stations. Adjustments to torch positioning, flame quality, and process setup delivered immediate gains, while deeper system-level insights helped identify opportunities for sustained improvement in quality and stability.

One of the most impactful takeaways reinforced a principle we see often: upstream part cleanliness and consistent process control are critical drivers of successful brazing operations. Addressing these fundamentals creates a more stable process and better outcomes over time.

More Than Machines

For us, customer success doesn’t end at machine delivery. It’s built through partnership, process knowledge, and being present when challenges arise. On-site visits like this allow us to better understand our customers’ operations, collaborate directly with their teams, and deliver solutions tailored to their real-world needs.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support our customers wherever they operate—and proud to help them move forward with greater confidence, efficiency, and consistency.
